활발한 카페 활동을 통해 국민의 애국심 고취와 안보의 중요함을 일신시키고 있는 젊은이들의 모임인 '사이버안보감시단 블루아이즈' (http://cafe.naver.com/iblueeyes)가 6·25전쟁 61주년을 맞아 참전국가의 국민과 국가수반, 참전용사들에게 감사편지 보내기 운동을 펼치고 있다.

 블루아이즈는 한국어와 영문으로 번역된 이 편지에서 '수출·무역 세계7위'에 '1인당 국민소득 2만불' 시대를 열게된 오늘의 자유대한민국을 소개하고, "대한민국의 자유민주주의 수호를 위해 귀국의 젊은이들이 먼 타국 땅에서 피와 땀을 흘리신 덕분이라는 사실을 저희는 잊지 않고 감사하게 생각하고 있다"고 먼저 보은의 인사를 전했다.

 이어 참전자와 희생자의 가족들에게 위로와 존경, 경의를 표하고는 지난해 북한에 의해 3월 발생한 천안함 폭침과 11월 연평도 도발을 적시하면서 "유엔에서 평화동맹의 기치 아래 우방국인 대한민국에 보여준 깊은 '우애'와 '지지' 에 대해서 깊은 감사를 드리며 그 고마움을 잊지 않고 있는 국민들이 대다수임이라는 것을 알려 드리고 싶다"며 "귀국의 큰 희생과 노고를 잊지 않고 고인들의 희생정신의 뜻을 깊이 기리며 이에 감사의 뜻을 전한다"고 밝혔다.

자유민주주의 수호 아래 전 인류의 번영과 평화를 위하여 기여하고 있는 귀국의 대통령 (국가수반) 과 의회 및 국민, 참전용사 여러분에게 깊은 감사를 전합니다

저희들은 자유대한민국의 헌법, 자유민주주의수호 및 국가안보를 위하여 네티즌들로 한국에서 활동하는 시민단체인 '사이버안보감시단 블루아이즈' 입니다

전쟁의 페허에서 현재 자유대한민국의 '수출·무역 세계7위' '세계 10대 경제대국' '1인당 국민소득 2만불' 의 기적을 만든 자유민주주의 대한민국이 현재 있기까지는 1950년 북한 사회주의, 공산주의 정권수립을 통하여 과거 소비에트 연방(러시아)과 중화인민공화국(중국)의 지원아래 북한 김일성의 자유대한민국의 적화목적으로 이루어진 6.25 남침전쟁에 대해 대한민국의 자유민주주의 수호를 위하여 귀국의 젊은이들이 먼 타국의 땅에서 피와 땀을 흘리신 덕분이라는 사실을 저희는 잊지 않고 감사하게 생각하고 있습니다.

사상자의 고귀한 큰 노고와 큰 숭고한 희생이 있었기에 가능한 일이었습니다. 또한 그 가족분들에게 진심으로 위로와 존경과 경의를 전합니다.

2011년 6월 25일은 자유대한민국의 씻을 수 없는 사회주의와 극우민족주의를 토대로 일어선 북한공산정권의 적화 남침 침략전쟁에 의한 61년이 되는 추념일입니다.

귀국의 고귀한 청년들의 큰 노고와 큰 희생이 있었기에 자유대한민국의 선진국의 도약과 가장 가난한 나라에서 이제는 가난한 나라에 관심을 쏟는 나라가 되는 기초가 되고, 사회주의와 공산주의를 배척하는 자유민주국가가 되었습니다

최근 테러지원국인 북조선(북한)의 무력테러인 '천안함피격사건' '연평도 도발사건' 등에 있어서도 유엔에서 평화동맹의 기치 아래 우방국인 대한민국에 보여준 깊은 '우애'와 '지지' 에 대해서 깊은 감사를 드리며 그 고마움을 잊지 않고 있는 국민들이 대다수임이라는 것을 알려 드리고 싶습니다.

1950년 공산주의 남침에 의한 남한 침략적화전쟁에 의한 귀국의 큰 희생과 노고를 잊지 않고 고인들의 희생정신의 뜻을 깊이 기리며 이에 감사의 뜻을 전합니다.

Dear all the heads of state, War veterans, the people who had served in the Korean War.  

We, Koreans, owed a profound debt of gratitude towards all the heads of state, War veterans, and the people who had stood with us and served in the Korean War for the universal values of liberty and peace.

The Korean War started 61 years ago today. On 25 June 1950, the communist North Korea had invaded South Korea and attempted to communize the whole peninsula. Then you came to South Korea in hopes of defending liberty for people who had been utter strangersto you. The Republic of Korea was ruined by the war. Only 50 years ago, Korea was one of the poorest countries in the world and now we are the country in the best interests of other poor countries. Korea currently is reaching the tenth largest economy in the world and ranks the No. 7 among the export economies. This is a wonder. We, Koreans, are sure that because of over 1,935,398 soldier servicemen and women from our allies, we could defend our freedom and the wonder has become a possibility. We owe a real debt of gratitude to your countries  young men and women.  We would like to offer our heartfelt condolences and consolation with respect and honor to the victims and their bereaved families.

The great sacrifices and the brace of your noble young men and women have established the current Republic of Korea.

We also thank you for your confidence and support over the Cheonan Navy Ship, which was sunk in March due to North Korea s attack, also thank you for the support over the incident on Yeonpyeong Island. We want to tell the world that the majority of Koreans  heart is filled with gratefulness that we won t ever forget.     

The debt of gratitude owed to all the heads of state, War veterans, people who had served in the Korean War is indeed profound. Thank you."
